We’re always looking to recruit participants for our research. Please register your details in both the databases below to be kept in the loop for future opportunities.
This database is for older adults interested in participating in research projects run through the Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Centre.
The projects tend to focus on understanding mental health and wellbeing in older adults.
Researchers and students use the database to:

This register is a database of everyday people like you, aged 60 years and over. By signing up to the register you will be able to keep up to date with studies we are recruiting participants for.

The professional development workshop series gives you the opportunity to network, learn from your peers and colleagues from other sectors of the industry and develop as a practitioner.
These one-day events, held at Macquarie University, are designed to inspire, encourage and challenge you as a psychologist and support you as a professional.

Improving awareness of anxiety and other emotional health problems is important in encouraging help-seeking and prevention.
We have a wide range of topics our experts can present on to educate your staff, school or local community.
Our presentations are delivered by our trained professionals, all of whom are experts in their fields of study.

The most common request is for a one-hour presentation. This would include a 45-minute presentation plus 15 minutes for Q&A.
We also offer longer presentations, or a more ‘hands-on’ approach in the style of a workshop. Fees apply.
